Finding ourselves
I am an all things mind, brain and body Mama that greatly enjoys translating neuroscience to childspeak through a skull puppet we call George. Painting a whole wall into whiteboard helped me clear my busy mind while the rainbow markers rang my giggle bell. There is nothing like laughter to help me reset, BREATHE and return my compass toward gratitude.
